• Bio

    Jake Lesh is a New York based artist and member of the Actors' Equity Association. In 2018, he made his off-broadway debut at the Artist's Co-Op, and recently returned Off-Broadway in 2019 at the American Theatre of Actors. Select regional theatres include Texas Shakespeare Festival, The Pabst/Turner Hall, and the Hippodrome State Theatre, just to name a few.

     

    Jake is associated with such organizations as The Society of American Fight Directors, Dueling Arts International, and the British Academy of Stage and Screen Combat. He is an educator in period style dance/movement and has taught various workshops on the international level. Jake also had the pleasure of making his directorial debut with Alexandre Dumas' The Three Musketeers in conjunction with The Hippodrome’s Summer SPEC youth program.

     

    Jake is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and finds his support from his mother, father, and sister. He is the proud godfather of his nephew Kobi Patrick Burch, who remains a constant inspiration and source of light in his life.

    Educating on the International Level

    Jake has extensive knowledge in regard to Elizabethan, Neo-Classical, and English Restoration comportment style. He has lead various dance/movement workshops throughout the United States.
